What Is Our Opening Hours

We open by Appointment only. Please refer to our “Opening Schedule” for appointment hours. For walk-in customers, we do seek your understanding that priority is given to customers with appointment and a short wait will be appreciated.


What Is The Best Way To Contact Us?

Text Message (SMS) and Email would receive the quickest response. Although we try our best to return all calls at the earliest possible time, please note that the phone is not being attended at all times and returned calls may be delayed. For private callers, please ensure that you leave a voice message with your contact number.


Why Is Our Door Locked Even When We Are In The Premise?

To minimize distraction and provide the best care for our patients, the door is locked during Surgery. This is usually between 2pm – 5pm. Please do give us a call if you are at the door, we will be out attending to you if the circumstances allow.


How Much Does It Cost To Treat My Pet?

The cost of any treatment would vary widely depending on multiple factors, which is why we can only provide a realistic estimate after examining your pet. However, if you have already heard about us, be assured that our services are priced reasonably. Our consultation fee to examine your pet is $59.


Do You Provide Accounts?

This clinic has a strict “No Account Policy” in order to maintain affordable and high quality veterinary services to all our customers.


Do You Provide Grooming Or Boarding Services For Pets?

No, as we prefer to dedicate our time in providing quality medical and surgical care for your pets. We can however, recommend local places to groom or board your pet.
